Our Founders

Pride Professionals was co-founded by Tanya Brisbane and Stephanie Graskoski in 2019 to develop a supportive professional community for people with diverse genders and sexualities to feel comfortable to bring their whole self to work, and life more broadly. Pride Professionals aims to create a safe, supportive community for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to share their stories and lived experiences to help raise understanding and advance inclusion in the workplace.

About Pride Professionals

The Pride Professionals LGBTQ+ Mentoring Program is the first of its kind in Western Australia and was created in response to an identified demand to provide formal mentoring for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or LGBTQ+ ally professionals working in diverse and inclusive industries.

Pride Professionals facilitates a yearly LGBTQ+ Mentoring Program that supports LGBTQ+ identifying mentees through career guidance and direction, by sharing mentor/mentee experiences, developing goals and forging exceptional mentoring relationships beyond the program’s duration.
